The logo is very retro looking, kind of reminds me of either the 1964 stop-motion Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer show, or the animation for Alvin & The Chipmunks Christmas Don't Be Late

Actually, it is repeatable, it will be a tall image that repeats along the x axis, with a solid color below it if the page extends beyond the height of that image.. Thanks for the feedback. :)
