Starkers slits it up into many different files, plus the css would be unreasonably huge because it's bootstrap. So you going to have to be more specific, I don't know which file is housing the problem code.

@TheDoc, I'm not sure I understand what to do with that. If I apply padding or margin changes nothing happens. @Shamai, It's built off Starkers, so yes the wp_head and wp_footer are where they're supposed to be.

I don't think it matters. I use the hyphen method, but who really cares? If you are used to underscores then don't change now. Also, what do you mean by "not possible with dashed"? I can copy/paste dashes all the time.

In the footer file I see an open paragraph, and 2 open divs. Closing those should fix the problem.
