The actual text is on the background image. I know its bad practice but on the other hand, its much better looking. For people who can view images etc you can use the title attribute or specify the image in the HTML and give it ALT text.

IE , Opera and Firefox Compatibility Issue which makes no sense to me - Anyone got any ideas?
When its ready for upload il use Jquery to preload the rollover images and it will be just as good. Thanks though

No IE 9 supports them fine and I have the script to make them work in the older versions. This isnt the first site ive done in HTML5. Thats why its not making any sense to me.
