I have been using Photoshop since forever on my designs. But I recently was introduced to Sketch App by Bohemiancoding. So far i'm loving it. It's super fast and intuitive to learn. It's all vector based which is perfect for creating svg's. I'm currently running the beta version and there are a few bugs here and there especially when scaling complex shapes or groups but nothing that Photoshop doesn't struggle with anyway.
To be honest I feel at the moment that i'd quite happily swap Sketch app for Photoshop. There are a few things I would love to have in Sketch App to make it a complete replacement, things like layer and group styles, but I heard these are in development - speaking of development the app is updated every other day with bug fixes and new features, it's for sure well supported. It's £34.99 which is nothing in comparison to Photoshop...

@Paulie_D yeah funny how we've all hacked PS for mockups I still have PS CS6 and can always do the odd job in there, especially for photo editing. But all my design bits I have been using Sketch and i'm enjoying more everyday.

We tend to use Photoshop as a 'genera;' website "design" / mock-up tool but that isn't what Adobe actually designed it for.
Adobe will tell you that's why they have Illustrator/Fireworks/PS...hence, the Creative Suite.
General vector image are the forte (including export to SVG) of, obviously, Illustrator.
Our designer just switched over to using Sketch. He demo'd it for me. I can't wait to be able to work from it.

Downloaded the Try version, but cant see the setup.
Are you on a Mac or PC? I believe its a Mac only app. The developers are super active on twitter so maybe hit them up for help? @sketchapp
