I am doing a project with parallox scrool, but i want to know how to put scrooling content on every page with fixed background image. please somebody can give me an answer for this.

Frameworks are handy, but I'd recommend using the above linked ones as guides to help you to build your own. Nothing trumps custom builds.
While on the frameworks, I saw a great site using skrollr
I am looking like to work as background fixed for the page and scrool of content like http://ats-vs-world.cadillac.com/#!/patagonia
