I want to secure my wordpress site and wanted to know. When creating a htaccess file. Do I upload it to the main root? example http://www.mysite.com/.htaccess
also, it asks on installation about the table prefix. I just left it as is but if I go to my wp-config file can I change it? if yes will this damage any database files or anything? what can I change it to? does it have to be "wp_namehere" or can it be "namehere_ "?
