The porn sites are actually linking to the business website you are now managing? Or is it the other way around? If you had a bunch of outgoing links to a pornography site I'd assume it had linked embedded via some kind of attack.

Could you find any of your links on the pages of the referred pornographic sites?
If not, I would assume that someone is visiting the pornographic sites and then visiting your/client's website.
I didn't go to any of them, they were all Russian sites and I didn't want to end up with a bunch of viruses.

This is what the program says: The Referring Site Report identifies sites on the Internet that have links to pages on this site.
Hmm. I would probably google around and see if anyone else has had this issue.
