As the title reads, I'm trying to find a new Web Design / Development forum to become a part of, somewhere I can discuss CSS / HTML / jQuery issues and also submit designs for critique. I know there's quite a few but I'm interested to see what other people recommend, thanks!
Definitely not trying to imply that CSS-Tricks isn't good enough, just that there's no specific forum for presenting designs for critique, only live CSS works / completed websites?
Here's one that I use to visit, and still do from time to time. Right now there's 70 people on line, but on the 29th it had 853 users online.

lmao...um, interesting question to ask one of said forums ;P
I assume you're not implying that css-tricks "isn't good enough."
You might look at dynamic drive.

For design related feedback, try http://dribbble.com
Don't have an invite sadly. ;( But I suppose Dribbble would be the ideal solution.

I don't think you need an invite to join Dribble.
