I have downloaded and implemented a simple CSS contact form which has a little PHP in it. I have changed the css slightly so it looks the way I want it to but the PHP side of things is not working and I have no idea what part of it to change to my email address and how to get it the little security part of it displaying. http://www.cherriewebdesign.com/contactme.html The web form i downloaded was http://css-tricks.com/examples/NiceSimpleContactForm2/index.php Any help greatly appreciated, thank you

Can you please post your page source code on http://pastebin.com/ or something? because it is PHP we cant see how you integrated it into the page.

There are two things that could have happened:

There is some PHP code at the bottom of the form that shouldn't be visible, that would mean that some tag or something is missing.
There might not actually be any PHP on the server?

I would simply recommend using Wufoo for building forms, as they are highly customisable and basically work. Chris designed their website.
