Fixed Navigation Menu on Mobile

    I have a fixed Navigation menu on my website. When I view it on a mobile device and i scroll down, the navigation menu is there but it is not responding to touch. What is the best way to fix this? My Website is www.adrianeufracio.com . Thank you

    Works for me on Android's default browser, just doesn't scroll smoothly.

    Sorry, I should have specified. It does not work on ios devices.

    Oh you mean that one at the top? I can use it on my iPhone 4S without issues.

    When I use my iphone 4 and I click on a link, it takes me to the associated section. But after that the links dont work.
    For example click on about then try clicking on Home.
