[Solved] Getting crazy with CSS3 (CSS Ninja needed)

Example Container
I'm trying to build a box like the one from this PSD slice with CSS3 but I'm not finding a solution, it needs to be css based so that it can grow with changes in the content.
I'm thinkin/currently looking at something like:
Outter div
Border radius
2px solid white border
Box shadow
Inner Div
Border Radius
Linear Gradient with multiple stops
box shadow inset?
