A couple months ago I made an attempt at creating a simple yet effective WordPress theme from scratch. I keep forgetting to finish it totally, so there are probably some things that I've overlooked, but I think it's ready for some criticism. What do you guys think?
A few things that should be fixed: Tag cloud: Gray on gray is hard to read on some monitors or by people who have vision problems. Links over pictures: Once again gray on gray plus transparency is hard to read.
A few things that could be nice to add: In the navigation: make the links block elements and on rollover make them highlight the whole are area. Example: http://www.usabilitypost.com/2008/09/04 ... ble-areas/ Add another separator between elements in the sidebar. These are just things that might help but not actually necessities but niceties.
