Setting up WordPress ad blocks?

I am doing a WordPress site that has three 300x250 ad block, looking for a way to set it up for the client so that they can manage the ad blocks adding new images/captions, anything out there that does this easily?
Make a widget. That way they can just add the url of the image. That is how most people do it How would I go about making this particular widget? You can google how to make them. There are lots of tutorials. It is fairly easyAdd a Comment
