how are ya doing?
i am new here
i am looking for Hover Glowing Effects like abduzeedo.com has
i am sure i will fine here any solution for doing it

my guess is they use the text-shadow property with the :hover attribute. I'd imagine code along the lines of
a.glow:hover {
text-shadow: 0 0 4px #8888FF;
}
would work, assuming your anchors had a class of "glow".

It looks like a jquery animation though because the glow slowly grows.

alternatively, they could be using CSS3 transitions. It might not work as widely, but it could be a nice bit of progressive enhancement.
