I read the comment, I really like the idea too, but like @ChristopherBurton says, there is a great opportunity that it could get out of hand. If it doesn't or there can be more control over it, a great idea indeed. And my previous comment was for @daredanger, I never got your email, try again, you should be in the group that @ChristopherBurton has made too.
@ozee I've sent my email id to your mail id. Earlier I had sent you a private message through css-tricks froums only and not through email. Yes I too have joined the group that @ChristopherBurton made. Excited for the project.
I PM'd you my email - wasn't sure if you needed it posted here or if you checking your forum messages, but it was joshwhitedesign@gmail.com in any case.
@Matt - it's certainly not a bad idea, but we have such limited time keeping the forums clean, that I'm not sure we'd be able to dedicate the time to reviewing an entire project.
We're all keeping our eye on it, of course, but to be fair, it's not a CSS-Tricks project but one born from the CSS-Tricks forum. To only have some more hours in the day...
I started something like this a while back, I had a website set up for it and everything, didn't go anywhere though sadly, i'd love to partake in yours if you get it up and running.
It's for charity and after it's finished the owner of the website will be issuing a person they employed to run it. So I'm not sure if you even really read through this since there's nothing to partake in after its up and running.
Thanks guys, the project has a been team effort. There have been changes/improvements to those dribbbles so it probably won't look the same when we're finished. A lot of time has been wasted and we're trying to resolve that now so we can showcase this soon.
In the beginning, not a chance. It was a little chaotic and most just didn't have the time to commit. We're down to just 4 people, @jamy_za, @graygilmore, @chriscoyier and myself. We're still a little unclear whether @chriscoyier is going to help code this up for us. I don't think we're ready to give a definite release date at this point, but soon.
Ah, ok, that makes sense. Well if you need any help with the markup I'd be happy to donate some time, looks like you guys have the design pretty much under wraps.

Remember this is for Cuppy Cake Sam's charity website that can be found below.

After everyone is ready, we're better off discussing this further in the private group.
Cool?
They have a logo and you can find it here
Making a new one or alterations wouldn't be a big deal as this is a re-design and Angie is on board with whatever we do.
p.s. Are we missing some people in the private google group? I thought there were 9 or 10 people doing this. We only have 8, if I'm not mistaken.
