[Solved] Wordpress: Visitor image

When you created a new page or post in wordpress people can leave a comment.
How can you allow the visitors to upload there own image? (just like css-tricks.com has)

Im pretty sure Chris uses the "Gravatar" Plugin, I may be wrong though.

There's no plugin, it's built into WordPress. The theme obviously has to has the ability to show gravatars, but I'd say most themes built within the last 12 - 18 months that I've seen include this functionality.

i just got the last version with the standard template and i don't see anywhere upload avatar or use this avatar in my user profile...

Check out this, using gravatars is supported by Wordpress from version 2.5 and up.
