My favorite part is how the whole shell of the site stays fixed and scrolling down only scrolls the main content area. To be blunt, the header just isn't very exciting. Perhaps darken it up so it makes the darkness of the sides, and have that reflection fade completely out before touching the bar. The left sidebar needs some styling love too =)

I have to be contrary here and say that I don't like how everything stays in one place as the blog scrolls---reminds me of frames, which are terrifying. I do agree with Chris though: you need a better header, and the sidebar could use some styling.
Then again, this looks like an early design to me, so I look forward to seeing the final product.

You are right, but I do not want to exaggerate with the style; I want to give great importance to the contents of the blog. I use the fixed elements in order to give importance to the main. In that way I could increase the styling of the sidebar ? I need your examples (for example you could send me the link) ...

Looks a little too web2.0 for my taste. Also consider cutting back on the boarders between elements, they seem a little unnecessary. Fixed positioning will not work in IE6, witch is a bitch but they still have 30% market share.
