Well for one thing, it's table-based. For your own future sanity, I would re-do it in CSS immediately.

the look of the site is good, but i would suggest dividing the content into more than one page. people dont want to have to scroll down one really long page to get information from a site.

Yes please organize the content more. Most people have very short attention spans and lose interest when faced with large blocks of information.
