I know frames aren't cool, but I have to use them.
I would like a scroll bar to include both the top and center frame. As if it is one normal page.
Is that possible? I tried wrapping it all in a frame but it isn't working.

Thanks

Why do have to use them? Does your page not need to be accessible by all?

Another company is providing a tracking module that I really have nothing to do with. It just needs to look like it's on our page.
