What wordpress plugins would be good for any type of site

    What wordpress plugins would be good for any type, for any purpose blog or site?

    What common plugins should have in any wordpress based project? my purpose is to make any site more Usable, SEO optimized, More accessible, More social.

    and i want to add contact us form, breadcrumbs, "back to top" button on longer pages, Cross browser compatible.

    Breadcrumb wise I have heard that is good:

    personally I always have the SEO and Google Site map generator - everything after that depends on the site really.

    My "default" plugins that I always upload - and almost always use:

    Tan Tan Noodles (spam filter to use with Akismet)
    WP DB Back up
    All in one SEO
    Contact Form 7
    Page Mash
    Ping Optimizer

    There are a few sitemap plugins, but I haven't found one that I'm totally satisfied with yet.

    I also sometimes use "Sociable" and "Search and Replace"
