I am trying to construct a page that has both Mootools and JQuery on the same page. Although I don't even know if it is possible to do this as I am a complete novice where javascript is concerned. Is there anyone out there who might be able to advise or even suggest a solution as the MooStack component doesn't seem to work as it should.

I'd be most grateful for any help or suggestions as to how to get it to work.

firstly - is it really necessary to use both?

If you do use both I would make sure you do the jQuery long hand so as to not cause confusion between scripts. If you are using plugins, you will probably have to edit the plugin code, because no one codes in longhand really lol
