I'm quite new to jQuery, but I just want some code to expand a text space and reveal a description of an item. I need it to push the current text down and not overwrite it or anything.

Bonus, I need a hover-over or on-click jQuery "tooltip" - one that just simply explains a word when you hover over it with a pop up. If you can help me out here that'd be also appreciated.
