[Solved] Displaying Posts from Certain Categories

Alright so a site that I am working on has multiple things on the front page, and I was wondering if it is possible to display posts from a certain category in a particular box.
The layout looks like this and essentially I want to make it as easy as possible

I'm sure there is something, and I'll be searching but I am sort of trying to find it as quickly as possible.
