In Safari 3 I am experiencing issues with last link falling under the rest of the navigation and also there are some absolute positioning issues with top two graphics in header. Seems to push those graphics a little too far down.
Sometimes I get problems with Safari, as well. What I find works the best is making sure everything is valid and often reworking some CSS so it works everywhere.
