Right, the site strikes me as well thought out, in terms of content that is. However to be honest the site feels old and clunky. Right-aligned navigation is rare and for a good reason - it usually has an adverse effect on the page's flow. Furthermore I feel the typography of the site really lets it down, I think you should go for a sans-serif font such as Arial.

Also I would think a little more about your colour scheme, overall the site is lacking flow. But don't be put off by this - look at some tutorials on here and think a little more about you design to try to make it more aesthetically pleasing.
