Alright so I have this quote I have typeset a certain way for my homepage in Photoshop. Problem is I can not get the quotes to switch to hanging punctuation. Can someone help me figure out why the quotes won't shift? I have selected all the text but the option for Hanging Punctuation is grayed out.
