Hey!! I would like to create a website that you can create an account and read through text marking as you go with different colors, shapes, thickness ect. and is automatically saved every so often ... not really sure where to begin researching for this ... the code would need to work on all browsers and smart phones! :)

I know a small amount of php and javascript but any links and pointers would be greatly appreciated!!!
