Hello, I pretty much have my first wordpress site ready and wanted to know how I can back up wordpress?

What steps should I take in doing this? is there a plugin to backup my wordpress site?

There are plugins that do occasional backups.

I'm sure you could write your own script if you're comfortable, as well.

For one-off backups I go in through PHPmyadmin.
