Wordpress database with PHP framework

    I have a mind blowing about the ability to use the already done Wordpress database with all content uploaded into it and make a custom admin panel with Zend or Symfony PHP framework. Or even with Ruby on Rails. But didn't find any info about its possibility at all. Can anybody help me with that?

    You can modify and customize the WP admin panel itself -- google it and you'll find plenty of examples.
