[Solved] Which book?

  • I like to have a printed instructional/reference book, and am trying to decide between:

    1) HTML5 & CSS3 in The Real World (5/26/2011) by Alexis Goldstein - $23.97

    2) Bulletproof Web Design: Improving Flexibility and Protecting against Worst-Case Scenarios with HTML5 and CSS3 (12/28/2011)
    by Dan Cederholm - $27.55

I'm leaning towards #2 because of Cederholm's previous books, style, and philosophy . But I've also heard good things about the Goldstein book. The prices (from Barnes and Noble) are similar enough that it's not an issue.

Any thoughts from folks who have one or both books?

    Thanks
  • I am a big fan of Cederholm's material, he gets my vote.
  • Thanks for responding, Josh.

I too am a Cederholm fan.
  • To close this out, I'll mention that I couldn't find Cederholm's book so I got the Goldstein one. Then ordered Cederholm's online - should receive it Monday.
