i have task from my teacher, i want to make a https website with SSL actualy, but dont must buy a certificate before.. is this possible ?

No it's not, in order to use HTTPS you must first have an SSL certificate running on a server with a dedicated IP.

Yes, it is possible to create your self sign SSL Certificate for website. But it wont be as secure as any authorities' Certificate. You can not gain trust of end customers.
