I am looking for some feedback on a website that I am currently working on. I am self taught and fairly new to creating websites. Some of the text write ups are not done, just used them for layout purposes. Anything that you could suggest in improving things would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!
Very nice! I like it a lot. One thing I might add is rounded corners on the top possibly. It's very simple, but you have to apply it to the nav div and the wrap. Chris a snippet on it, but I can also supply the code.
Overall really nice look and feel. My only comments really revolve around the menu. First I kind of feel like it gets lost in the business at the top. I'm not even 100% convinced it would cause any real issues and might just be a preference thing.
The other thing about the menu is that whatever you click on has a strange shuffling effect on the menu. So if you go to another page, it has to resize or something. It does get a little distracting.
I find that the hover on the menu takes much too long, you probably want it at 0.1s or even no transition at all. The menu does seem to get wider, and I would also recommend to add rounded corners at the top, though it looks quite nice without. Overall though, it's a very nice design.
