Troubles Positioning Image In Footer

Hey everyone,
I am having troubles moving my PetroWest image that is in the footer over to the right. It will not go any farther than that. Any ideas on what to do?

It's currently being absolutely positioned FROM the right side by 200px. If you change the 200 to 0, it'll go all the way over to the right.
