Still working on the typography and I need to replace the top image with the H1 tag replacement technique, but other than that please let me know how it looks.
In general, I like it... I'm not a big fan of the image in the footer -- it is a bit distracting, and cuts off awkwardly if the browser window is longer than the site's content. You might also want to do some styling of the "Events" sidebar.
All right, thanks falkencreative I gave the footer (although the clients really like that image and I was trying to implement it in an creative way) more height and will look and see what I can do on the events sidebar today.
the bottom image is 1059px wide, making horizontal scrollbars appear on most monitors. Make it around 980px wide, shouldnt lose any of the effect of the image
