Vanilla Forums - I want to change the Powered by Vanilla link at the bottom

I could change the text at the bottom of Vanilla Forum Pages from 'Powered by Vanilla' to 'Powered by XYZ'. But I'm not getting a clue as to how to change the link on the text from 'http://vanillaforums.org' to 'http://example.com'. Please help.
